12 p.m. - 1:30 P.M.

12pm - Getting Ready

Maja arrives at Bride’s getting ready location.

Note: Ideally by the time I arrive, hair and make-up is already wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often HAMU.

1:30 p.m. - 2:00 P.M. 

After doing "getting ready" photos (aprox. 30-45 min) , groom + groomsmen depart for ceremony site.

2:00pm - Ladies Depart

We can do few shots of a bride & bridesmaids, after which the bridal party depart for ceremony location. 
This usually takes 10 min.

2:15 p.m. - 2:30 P.M. 

The first look takes place. 

2:15 - First Look

Note: The First Look can take place at the getting ready location, ceremony, or reception location. It’s up to you! Although I'm happy to make recommendations.

2:30 p.m. - 3:30 P.M. 

Bride & Groom + bridal party portraits.

2:30pm - B&G Portraits

3:45pm - Family Portraits

Note: I usually do family portraits right after or right before the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that I’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off.  Also, creating a list of family portraits would be great.

3:45 p.m. - 4:45 P.M.

5:00pm - Ceremony

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 P.M. 

The ceremony takes place.

Additional Bridal Party and Bride & Groom Portraits

5:30pm - Portraits

Note: Depending on what was taken before the ceremony, I might grab 1 or 2 more full bridal party shots. At the very least, I’ll grab a few shots of you at the ceremony site.

5:30 p.m. - 6:00 P.M.

Cocktail Hour

6:00pm - Cocktail Hour 

Note: The great thing about doing a First Look is that it gives you more time at cocktail hour. I’ll grab some pictures of your guests while you enjoy the hour.

6:00 p.m. - 7:00 P.M.

Introductions & First Dance

7:45pm - Sunset Portraits

Sunset Portraits

I’ll make sure to grab you two about 30 minutes before the sunsets for a quick shoot. This is usually the best light of the day!

7:45 p.m. - 8:30 P.M.

8:30pm - Dinner

Welcome toasts & salads followed by speeches and entrees. 

8:30 p.m. - 9:30 P.M.

Dancing begins

9:30pm - Dancing

9:30 p.m. - 10:30 P.M.

Cake cutting followed by bouquet toss.

10:30pm - Traditions

10:30 p.m. - 10:40 P.M.
